How to make a server for a project on UE5?

I want to create a map with my friends (not a game, just a map) on UE5. what needs to be done and what north is needed so that we can see the changes we made in real time (I understand this very poorly, roughly speaking, if I change some kind of mountain, then my friend should see how I change it). thanks in advance and please explain in simple words, otherwise I'm stupid)
