Can you please tell me how to properly stitch it to apply infinite horizontal animation?

If so much text - better text effects with CSS, not Photoshop (raster).
If you still want photoshop and raster - you need the text to be duplicated, so you have to duplicate the lines. This will enlarge the picture. If you want one color, the ping format will not take much, in principle. Then it's better to animate not a big picture, but in lines. But again, this will make the entire page code heavier.
