How to make a scroll by clicking on the menu to the block smoothly without jumping?

Hello. There is a site vavlockb.bget.ru that uses the plugin https://github.com/alvarotrigo/fullPage.js . It has a menu to the right of the same plugin. When scrolling down / up, the slides change and animation of some elements occurs. The problem is that when you click on a menu item, for example, the 4th one, if you are on the 1st one, you are redirected to a block with a gap of 2.3 blocks, which breaks the whole structure, because the transfer is not sequential.
How to make the scrolling happen smoothly, while maintaining the sequence?
I found a place in the code in the jquery.fullPage.js file that is responsible for scrolling, but I don’t have enough knowledge to figure it out.
