How to make a responsive menu using a grid?

There is a codepen menu sketch based on the bootstrap grid, how to hide it when the size is less than <768px ? Is it possible to do with bootstrap grid col-xs or do I need to write a separate media?

If you already took the bootstrap, then take their menu and customize it.
