How to make a report on all urls for each month in GA and YM?

What do you need?
Report, preferably a table, two columns. The first is the name of the month, the second is the number of visits, and above the second is the name of the page visited.
In Yandex.Metrica, a great report would be if I could mark over 700 rows with one click
Reports > Contents > Page Headers. And then export to XLSX.
