How to make a remote home PC?

Hi all!
Since the system unit is noisy, takes up a lot of space, possibly emits incomprehensible waves that act on the body, it was decided to move it away from the workplace.
Installed OS Ubuntu, connected keyboard, mouse, 2 1080p monitors via HDMI
Distance to the system unit from the workplace will be approximately 15m
Question, how to forward video to monitors and USB?
What I tried:
I took a Raspberry Pi, installed a graphical debian, connected via a remote client. The image is not very good, there are noticeable delays.
The connection was via WiFi through a router that is located between the client and the server, so to speak
Then I ordered the so-called HDMI twisted-pair extension cable from Ali, picked it up with a 2m twisted-pair cable, as category 6 is written in the instructions. Image as in the first case in quality but without delay.
I haven’t thought about USB transfer yet, I want to consult right away.
If you buy 2 HDMI cables of 15 meters, will there be a normal image? This is an extreme case, as it is not very aesthetically pleasing. One twisted pair is still tolerable

In this world, E=MC2, and there is nothing beyond that.
Some kind of magical and harmful radiation cannot appear without energy.
And 5 and 3.5 watts on the motherboard can't radiate more than wifi antennas, which you seem to want to just wrap yourself around a few times.
Noise is 90% removed by the right (large) case and the right wide-blade fans in this case.
I would recommend not to bathe with radiation at all, and noise can be removed by building a separate box for the case from sound-absorbing materials, but it is MANDATORY to think over the ventilation system to prevent overheating

Driving an extra video stream over WiFi is a dubious pleasure. Diviay at such distances is unlikely ...
In my opinion, HDMI cables (and wireless input devices) or a monitor switcher placed between the PC and monitors (with mouse and keyboard) will solve your problem. The latter will also work as an amplifier for video, audio streams and for connecting a mouse and keyboard.
If you still want to stream over WiFi, try using a chromecast or an intel stick with teamviewer. ;)

The waves were emitted by CRT monitors. The computer is now safe. What can not be said about Wi-Fi.
Options:
1. Move the computer to another room by forwarding the HDMI cable.
2. Buy a small system unit. It is possible to assemble without coolers at all: on dropsy or passive cooling.
PS Not Ubuntu, but Ubuntu.

The author probably does not live in the forest, so all the kookies with transferring the computer to 15m are meaningless, since there are so many Wi-Fi points in cities that sometimes they stupidly prevent each other from working. The computer radiates an order of magnitude less into open space, a thick metal case prevents this very well.

I would divide the question into three:
1. Get rid of the noise.
2. Get rid of the big sistemnik.
3. Get rid of radiation.
The first two are solved purely technically:
- either buying a new, small fanless one (I recently assembled one for my daughters - the size of a book, only the hard drive makes noise in it, if you put an SSD, then nothing will make noise at all)
- or remove the existing system unit under the table / on a shelf above the table / mezzanine / next room / balcony / etc. but you need to take into account the need for pulling cables and organizing ventilation (there is still protection from severe frosts and moisture on the balcony).
The third third question is solved only by wrapping all vital organs in lead foil. For everything radiates waves, even the LCD monitor, not to mention mobile operators, television, radio and your WIFI and mobile phone, which radiate more than anyone else. From the system unit (in an iron case) radiation is LESS than from a monitor and thousands of times less than from WiFi / TV / radio / mobile phone.
So on the last question - only raising the level of knowledge or a psychiatrist can help.

So I did not receive a constructive answer on the transfer.
Let it not even emit anything, the task is to transfer it

At work, we use KVM extension cords for such purposes.

buy two such jokes, one near the system unit, the other at the workplace, connect with a twisted pair cable.
