I need to
open immediately /nomer/1/ when I go to /nomer/ Local
redirect works only if there is directory /1/ in my ftp folder
How to make mine option?

Just write a redirect to .htaccess
web-optimizator.com/301-redirekt-htaccess
This is the fastest and most obvious way. You can also write LocalRedirect in the result_modifier.php of the component.
