Hi friends, please tell me how to make a rainbow that will be at the top of the site and display the page loading. We want to redesign the site in a more colorful form and the rainbow strip suits us very much, like this site . There they still have a strip moving for the player,,,, also does anyone know how to make the same for the player for YouTube?

We have a Drupal engine and it would be cool to just install something of the module so as not to take a steam bath
