Hello. The idea is this: a person fills in about 10 fields, after that he clicks "receive by mail" and a document with a lot of text is sent to him and the data received from the fields he filled in are inserted into specific places. Tell me how to do it? Some code. Is there a way to embed Google Forms? I don’t speak languages, I’m building a site on wix (there are no ready-made solutions for such a topic).

google forms is a good way

Wix hardly supports php code. Try third party services.
