How to make a program listen to only one interface?

Good afternoon. Debian server has 2 network interfaces eth0 and eth1. How to make deluge use only eth1 interface, and everything else (smb, ssh, cups, etc.) would be on eth0?
Directly in the program (via the web interface), the eth1 interface is selected, but the data still goes through eth0.

Register in the IP settings the address not 0.0.0.0 but the one assigned to the interface.
