How to make a program autorun from a USB flash drive when connected?

I use the PortableApps.com Platform 16.0 portable program launcher, I want this launcher to start automatically when a USB flash drive is connected. How can this be implemented? The following code is written in Autorun.inf at the root of the flash drive, but the Open parameter does not work, Windows does not react at all to connecting a flash drive, although the settings seem to be correct

Autorun is usually disabled through the register - so that such "smart" viruses, ads and adware are not shoved into the system ... Autorun can also be blocked by antivirus or by Windows itself.
