How to make a preloader before downloading the application?

Good afternoon. I am making an application on Xamarin forms, I noticed that a white screen hangs for 5 seconds before the application starts. I understand that all libraries are being loaded, but is it possible to put some kind of splash screen at this moment? By type of loading, etc.
