Good afternoon! Please advise how to make a post so that it appears immediately both on the public page and on the profile (we are talking about the page and profile of the same company). Thank you!

The best way to do this is to use the service https://ifttt.com/.
Make a rule (recipe) if "new post on the page" then "publish to profile".
