How to make a play icon?

I practice layout and in the first section (header) there is a problem.
If there is a play icon of this kind in the layout - as in the photo. How can/better done? And how do you usually deal with such tasks?

Try adding a:hover and change the color on hover. It will become more beautiful and livelier. I personally did this.
