How to make a plan for self-education for the coming year?

How to make a self-education plan for the coming year? I would like a specific program. In which at a certain time there is a study of theory, and at a certain time - practice, and of course, sometimes it is combined.
So I want to ask. Maybe there are some patterns. Or something that you can rely on when drawing up this type of plan.
I'm going to learn: Web design and layout.
To eventually make high-quality, adaptive sites.
Well, I think the point is clear.
Thanks in advance :)

"To learn how to program, you need to program."
A plan is certainly good, but it is better to replace it with a goal. Somewhere a long time ago there was an article about a girl who wanted to write websites and she set herself the goal of making a website every day. This is the best option for self-education.
For me personally, setting a task for myself is very problematic, so I just climbed freelance sites and looked for tasks.
You can just find a few sites that you consider "high-quality and adaptive" and implement them yourself. If you have absolutely no experience in this, then take a couple of popular books on design and layout and read them. And when there is an approximate idea of \u200b\u200bhow to do it, then Google is already there to help. Well, the search for all sorts of best practices.

download a lesson plan from some university and independently find information on all sections?
In general, it was rightly said here that it is easier to set a goal and go towards it without a plan, without restrictions.
