How to edit a photo like this? It's like technical design is called?

Good evening gentlemen. There is one example: rghost.ru/59283413.view
I also really want to "animate" (or whatever it is called) photos of goods. To make it look more like an icon than a live photo. I plan to apply the skill on piles of materials (online store), example: ru.depositphotos.com/12251683/stock-photo-pile-of-...
How is it done? What techniques, lessons are there?

Yes, those. design. Made in Photoshop.
I do this: I throw the photo itself on the bottom layer, then I outline the basic elements with a vector, then coloring (gradients, etc.), then I add pixel-accurate details, highlights, reflections, reflections, then shadows on the model and on the environment. Color correction to taste. Some elements can be left from the original photo.
In a vector editor (illustrator, ksara or corel or ...), in principle, it can also be done, but it will already look a little like a photograph, but rather like a drawing, an icon, and so on.
Although, drawing is also quite justified.

Because no answers, I will speak out: it looks like this is a creative work of designers. The pictures are not auto-generated, very well done. However, you may be satisfied with the result of Photoshop's "Cartoonise" filter.

Such things are done in vector. We put the photo down and outline, observing the order.
