How to make a PDF open in two pages by default?

When creating an InDesign document, is it possible to program the PDF file to open to the user in exactly two page view , regardless of the settings on the user's computer? Otherwise, when paging, elements shared by two pages will not be read in the way I plan to. Or do I need to change the format from A4 to A3 and put my two A4 pages next to each other in it?

No, you don't need to change the format.
When exporting to PDF, specify that your document be spreads,
check the spreads checkbox in the main export window.
The second option - in the acrobat (not in the reader), you can set the PDF parameters when opening, including viewing by spreads.

Thanks Alex, you're right!
I myself have already figured it out (for some reason, notifications did not come about the answer), and I was just looking for this topic to attach a screenshot.
Where it says "Mise en page", select "Double".
