How to make a nodejs application work over ssl?

Hello everyone, there is an application on node.js, also a site on laravel. the domain works through an ssl connection, while the application cannot receive and send a post and get request to the site. In the logs writes econrefused 127.0.0.1:443. I ask for help with this issue. I can provide code if needed.
