Interested in how to link (with python3.4 and Django 1.9.4 already installed in pycharm) on windows?

Remove windows from this bundle and add linux.
PS You need to develop without a combat server. You can even use SQLite if you don't use PostgreSQL features (Array, HStore, Full text search). It is possible on Windows.
