How to make a manual for working with the site?

I wonder who gives what manuals to customers for working with the site after the project is completed? I want to make something convenient, interactive, cool. I usually make videos - but I don't like what happens. + No splitting. I want to do something cool. Maybe some ideas?

I make a video with a story about a certain functionality. The result is a dozen videos, which are instructions.
