How to make a local network of 2 computers?

There are 2 computers.
1 centos, 2 debian
1 - connected to the Internet
2 - not connected to the Internet
2 - you need to connect via local network to the first one to make the Internet work

If you don't need to restrict traffic and other squid-like things, then the easiest solution is dnsmasq. This thing can work with masquerading mode.
