Hello toasters! Now live broadcasts on VKontakte are popular. Is there any way to make a broadcast there not through a mobile, but through a PC? If so, how?
And in parallel the second question: Is it possible to shoot on a phone in one point of the city, and transfer this video remotely to a PC, which is located in another point in the city? Running lines on the broadcast should be edited through the PC. Maybe there are some services / applications?

Broadcasting from a PC is easiest done through OBS . The software is free, but has great features. Broadcast the video to YouTube, and from there embed it anywhere, even in VK.
It is possible, for example, via Skype, and the Skype window (or the selected area) and the sound to capture the same OBS. And in the end, streaming from the same OBS, titles and other runners can be done, you won’t believe it, in the same OBS.
This is one of the simple options, if you want to pervert fiercely and do without Skype and other services, then you can probably plug VLC into your phone, capture video and sound and stream through any convenient VPN, and on the PC side, use the same VLC to receive the stream and again OBS `ohm to capture the VLC window.
But I'd go with Skype.
