I saw a lot of works that are presented using iPhone, Android and other mockups.
How to do this? What size should the layout be?

What size is the screen of the device that is shown on the mockup of this size and the layout itself should be. in the first picture 4s means resolution: 640×960. If the mockup has an FHD monitor, then 1920x1080, and so on.
In general, in any mocap, all these sizes are set initially, just insert your own picture.
