How to make a landing page with a shopping cart?

Task: to create a site with a simple structure, where - the main one (like a landing page), and a couple of separate pages (like contacts, a shopping cart , etc.) for the initial sale of 1-3 products (or maybe more in the future, or maybe not ) to keep costs to a minimum.

I have never created websites before, but everything is more than excellent with the design. I could draw a dream site in FS without any problems, but then ... I really would not want to do layout for money.
I tried the designers, but this is some kind of HELL, stereotyped, limited, and even they ask for payment for a thousand / month.
Maybe there are some layout templates... What kind of CMS and is it needed at all... Will AdobeMuse work...
What way to create a website yourself in this situation would you advise?

You also need to make up on CMS, if you want a "dream template". Otherwise, your maximum is to install a template and an online store plugin.

If the first - then you have already written the answers.
If the latter, then you first need a niche test.
