How to create a logical diagram of a web site in Visio or Excel format?

There is a Web site. We need a logical structured scheme of it with a display of all nesting according to the structure of the WEB server. There is no access to the WEB server. Website on the web. Final version in Visio or EXEL.

Found the solution! Done with Visio.
Open Visio, on the start screen, select the "Web Site Map" template. Visio opens the template while running the Create Site Map wizard. In the "Address" line, we entered the website address that we want to analyze! And that's it!
