How to make a landing page in virtuemart with products selected by tags from the entire catalog with h1?

Hello, I faced the task of highlighting a landing page with a title and products selected for selection under this page from different categories. For example, tags.
So that you can create the tag "armchair fittings", "sofa fittings" and place it under the products that fit this meaning. And then make a landing page with the heading "furniture accessories" and collect on this page all the products with tags that make sense. Or set filters in the search and already manipulate them to select the necessary products from the entire catalog and not from a specific category in the hierarchy, because it may turn out that the lifting mechanism will be necessary for the manufacture of beds, like an orthopedic base, and one in the category of metal frames, and the other in the mechanism category. And what to do?
Or, for example, we sell a press for making buttons and its consumables in our store, but you need to fall under the query "for making buttons" and I would like to make such a page with all SEO gingerbread and goods in one place, and thereby grow semantics before these requests - target, but how?
I could not find anything that could solve this problem in a modular way, as the CEO CMS PAGES module on Open Cart solves (in fact, until the last moment, I was hoping that we would still be able to find an analogue).
I searched all the forums looking for similar situations, read a lot of articles and plunged into gloomy advice on finalizing the engine and creating crutches that would solve this problem, which will obviously cost a pretty penny.
What can be done with this using a modular solution? maybe I'm looking bad? hasn't anyone tried to optimize this before and make a boxed solution that you can just buy and use as the same CMS PAGES CEO for opencart?
Please, tell me the direction where to look or how to solve this problem with minimal financial investment and waste of time, because it seems to me that I will go crazy doing all this manually with my experience in the web. (I'm new)
Thank you!

One of the solutions (perhaps the most optimal for today):
1. Create an additional field for tags, just text, or text from predefined options.
2. Put the necessary tags for the necessary goods through this additional field.
3. For each tag, create a Category - you will have h1, and title, and description, and even description text)
4. Write a php script that will run according to the desired schedule and will do the following:
for each tag: check products, and if they have a tag set, then put them in the category for this tag ;)
For the 4th point, you need to involve a php developer, preferably familiar with VirtueMart.
