How to make a high-converting landing, examples?

In particular, what features should a site have?
as I understand it, putting reviews on the site gives a conversion but does not add much, except to get very confused and organize a special system.

Landing should be clear:
1. Clear positioning of what is being sold,
2. Clear CTA in headlines,
3. Description + CTA in text blocks,
4. Clear action CTA – download/buy/subscribe/etc,
5. No water .

Conversion is a matter of marketing. You can make a super tech website that won't convert.
What affects the conversion:
1) Traffic
2) Product
3) Offer

You need hot traffic and an offer (call to action) that is hard to refuse. The title of the landing page decides if it contains an offer that is stupid to refuse, then the conversion increases significantly. Read about 4U headlines or watch Ruslan Tatunashvili's videos, he opened my eyes to conversion. Of course, you can’t do without an A / B test, but that’s a completely different story :)
Conversion also grows when you show the visitor the real benefits that he will receive. I advise you to start with the title, it has all the power.
