I found an absolutely wonderful gradient on the Internet. But I do not understand why it is so wonderful, and, accordingly, how to make it. Does it have any background? Or just the right colors?

It's most likely a mesh gradient. Neither css nor svg can do this. Can be simulated by overlaying radial gradients.
