How to make a glossy monitor matte?
There are a couple of glossy monitors. Everything is fine with them and they do a great job with work tasks, but dark scenes in movies or games are a pain. I see everything but the stage. I thought, maybe some films exist for such tasks, or shielding devices (which can be hung on a monitor and removed at any time).
What do you advise? Manufacturers, shops, related links? Well, or share your personal experience - is it worth it and will it turn out a pumpkin instead of a monitor?
UPD
So, I feel it is necessary to clarify. Pain from gloss - not literal. I just can't see anything because of the glare. The glare does not hurt my eyes, does not cut holes in the walls, and generally has no physical effect. It's just that the monitor turns into a mirror when dark scenes appear in a game or movie.
UPD2
Monitors - 23-24 inches.

Stick a special film - the result will be worse than from the store.

I advise you to deal with parasitic illumination. Gloss is much clearer.
