I want to make a fierce glitch on the site. I think it might be worth copying the entire section and making it absolute and using left top to randomize the position of the block and something else. If it is possible to somehow directly change all graphics natively without overlay? I heard that with the help of WebGL you can influence the graphics at the video card level like opengl. I do not know, but it seems to me that the principle of examples that are shown either in the text or in the picture does not suit me. I would like to distort the entire site entirely.
