How to make a frontend for a python / flask application?

Hello!
I am writing my own small web applications for working with large csv files in python, the flask framework. The backend is almost ready. Now the application in html templates gives out all the necessary data.
Accordingly, the question arose about how to make the front-end.
I'm not familiar with jQuery or Angular. I used to make templates using twitter bootstrap.

The deadlines are not burning, I am engaged in development. Is it worth learning Angular? jQuery? Or choose a completely different path? (don't know which one yet)

in this life you have to try everything! but in general i would recommend angular
