How to make a filter work with ajax?

Please help me figure out how the filter works.
There is a group of data on the page, I use the Isotope plugin to filter them. There are several more data groups that can be called with an ajax request when the button is clicked. But when they are called, the filter stops working.

How to make it so that groups are switched on the page and at the same time the filter "understands" each time that this is data for sorting?

There are few objects in json, so filtering is sufficient on the client side.
