How to make a file sharing service with remote offices?

Welcome all!
Tell me on what to make a file hosting service, the task is as follows:

  • in the head office there is a person who corrects the schemes (visio, modus)
  • remote offices need access to up-to-date schemes (for reading)

On ftp it is "difficult" for people to download first, then run it. I considered the WebDAV option, launched it on WS2012, but it even slows down terribly in LAN. Whether there is a sense on a linukha to try to lift (whether will work quicker)? Or maybe there is an alternative?

BitTorrent Sync , interesting and fast.
rsync , simple and unpretentious.
samba , flexible and complex.
Or you can Dropbox or Google Drive, they are just a little more commercial.

in general, while I stopped at BitTorrent Sync , I twitched from the speed of my eyes, everything is instantly updated. The only downside is the cost. But like free functionality should be enough.
