How to make a field not required in Drupal?

On the centerznayki.ru website there is a "leave a review" button, where the "Image" field should be made optional. I can't figure out how to do it.

Structure -> Content types -> Manage fields (otzivi) -> edit (Image) -> Required field -> Save settings
