How to make a fax in the office with a mobile phone, PC and printer?

There is something like an office in which there are 3 employees (each has different operators - Megafon, mts and beeline), there are a couple of laptops and a printer.
Need to send and receive a fax, can this be done without ordering a special fax number? The megaphone seems to even have such a service, but I did not find documentation on how to put it all together.

Everything is very bad with faxes in the modern world.
The essence of the phenomenon is that codecs for transmitting information over mobile networks are highly tuned for voice, and not for everything, as in archaic telephone networks, in the environment in which fax was born.
For adequate fax transmission, support for the T.38 protocol / codec / standard from the operator is required.
Much easier to set up a "please send your message to email" autoresponder

Для приёма и отправки факсом можно использовать услугу Мультифон от Мегафона.

На ум приходят 2 варианта:
1) Онлайн-сервисы по приёму-отправке факсов
2) Покупка и установка в ПК обычного Dial-Up модема, благо они копеечные.

факсы в 21 веке? я вас умоляю :)

2) если есть проводная телефонная линия рядом с компьютером и принтером, докупаешь модем и говоришь ему, что он теперь факс :)
