How to make a faint 3D effect on a photo?

Hello everyone, how to make a very weak 3D effect on the photo (as on the pictures that I attached)? I tried to do it in Magic Bullet Looks, but the effect there, to put it mildly, is not weak. Does the channel with red move by one pixel in Photoshop, or is it done in some other way? (this is one of my versions)
