Are Quixel SUITE and Knald for the same purposes?

I bought Quixel SUITE do I still need to buy Knald?
How are they fundamentally different from each other?
Why is Knald simply indispensable?

Knald bakes maps (normal, spec, AO, etc.) from a diff image using the GPU (this sometimes causes glitches). Quixel SUITE NDO is responsible for such a transformation, and you can partially use xNormal. Knald is just more convenient.
