In general, I need such a diagram:


And when hovering over one of the semi-rings, so that a rim appears in the background (as in the image below): It is very important that when hovering


, it would happen as in the 2nd picture

(I made half rings, but there is no hover effect).

Any solution with any plugins and without them will do. Help me please.
