How to make a donation system a la kickstarter?
The task is to make a system of donations between users of the site. Those. user1, by clicking a button on the site, wants to donate 100 rubles to user2 to buy itemX. That is, roughly speaking, he transfers this money from his bank card / wm / mobile / Yandex.wallet / etc. to Yandex.wallet/qiwi/etc. another user. It would be preferable to avoid working with money on your own. I need to find out, in fact:
1. In favor of which user'a and item'a the transfer was made
2. From whom
3. Amount
4. Whether the payment went through
Aggregators all say that it is impossible to make transfers between users through them. Only in favor of legal faces.
Or did I call everyone? Or bad interrogation?
Perhaps someone will offer another scheme for the operation of this mechanism. The ideal would be a system with the ability to block funds and write off only after user2 pays for the corresponding item. But these are whims :)
Thanks in advance.

I think it would be best for you to have an internal currency on the site
Such a scheme is possible if the user who is going to receive money has a Merchant Account . But I don't think it will work. You need to take the money yourself, and then distribute it.
Try looking at paysto. If I understand correctly, a combination of onlinemerchant products (for receiving payment) and paymentgate (for sending payment) will suit you. With physical persons work.
Maybe a little offtopic, but I somehow researched a similar scheme for working in Russia, and abandoned the idea. The reason is the terrible difficulties with taxation. If money is sent to you through aggregators, this is documented in the form of their reporting. But if you already want to transfer it somewhere, then operations on bank accounts come into play, and here you already have to file it in the form of tax reporting.
Little Yaroslav needs heart surgery!
My son Yaroslav was born on October 22, 2011 and since then he has been desperately fighting for his life.
Yaroslav was born healthy, did not suffer in childbirth, and for several hours I was the happiest man myself.
The next day the doctor came and said that the child turned blue, he was suspected of having a heart defect. Subsequently, the defect was confirmed and turned out to be very complex: hypoplasia of the right ventricle (absence of the apical part), combined stenosis of the pulmonary artery; moderately restrictive interatrial communication, open ductus arteriosus, arterial hypoxemia. The kid, accompanied by his father and doctors, urgently went to Moscow, where he was operated on in Bakulevka: on November 1, 2013, the first part of the operation was performed - the Rashkind procedure, on November 2, 2013 - the second part of the operation - a subclavian-pulmonary anastomosis was connected.
This was the first of three necessary operations. Before a year, it is necessary to perform a Glenn operation (connect another anastomosis), the final operation is a Fontan operation (it is difficult to specify the age, it is done for patients from one and a half to 4 years old). If during this operation they decide to leave a hole between the atria, then in a year another operation will be required to close it.
It is impossible to completely eliminate this defect, but it is possible to transfer it to a lighter one and the boy will be able to fully live, however, he will have to take medication regularly and be observed by a doctor.
The postoperative period was difficult. First, the baby suffered chylothorax - a formidable complication, but he did well - he got out, and then tracheobronchitis arose. The child began to lose weight, and we took him home to nurse.
The second operation can be carried out in Russia, but they do not give any guarantees, and they refuse to undertake the third operation at all. Taking this into account, we decided to treat our own baby abroad. I managed to find a clinic in Germany ("Heart Disease and Diabetes Center of the Ruhr University Hospital Bochum (North Rhine-Westphalia) in Bad Ouenhausen"), which specializes in just such a heart disease. 99% guaranteed! Dr. Zandika, having studied Yarik's documents and examination results, considered it expedient to perform the operation at the age of 6 months and suggested adding Yaroslav to the schedule of operations for May 2014.
The cost of the operation is 35,000 euros (1,500,000 rubles). This amount is unbearable for our family.
My wife and I ask you to provide all possible assistance in saving the life of our little Yaroslav!
