How to make a DIY rear view camera?

The bottom line is this:
You need to make a semblance of a rear view camera. The camera shoots, the display shows.
What is the easiest way to implement this? It is desirable to minimize power consumption, but at the same time the quality should be acceptable (not 240*320).
Is stm32f4 suitable or is it too weak for a normal image and is it better to use some kind of single board (for example, raspberry pi zero)?

You put the camera, it has power plus and minus, and one wire output. You put a monitor with an input (their shaft in the car market), connect it and rejoice.
