How to make a direct route between openvpn clients?

there is a centos openvpn server, windows \ mikrotik clients are connected to it,
but the server is far away and large pings go to it, is it
possible to somehow force the clients to communicate directly with each other in order to reduce the ping?

Only under the condition that all clients are able to listen on the port on the "white" IP. That is, either they themselves have a "white" IP, or the port is forwarded through NAT.
In this case, just organize a bunch of point-to-point tunnels and wind up routing.
You can try to get around the inability to reach client ports using STUN, ICE and other tricks from the world of VoIP, but this requires some intellectual investment.
