How to make a cooling pad switch?

There is a Zalman ZM-NC3. If it works for a long time, sometimes my head starts to buzz, so if I don’t play, I pull out the cord from the USB (and a mouse is inserted into the slot of the cord itself), in short, it’s inconvenient. I want to make a simple button like on power supplies on / off. Is it possible to do this at home? If so, how?

It is quite realistic
. You need to take any switch with terminal contacts, cut the cable and put either a black or red cable through the switch.
But it would be best to buy %D0%94%D0%B2%D0%B0-%D0%BE%D1%81%D1%82%D0
and build it into the case, then solder it into a power break.
