How to make a connection with the additional office on Mikrotik?

Please tell me how to easily and quickly make a connection for mail, 1C, file cleaning (everything in the domain) on Mikrotiks with this scheme:
Main office (AD servers, mail (Exchange), 1C, File cleaning, 192.168.24.0/24) ---> Mikrotik ---> Internet ---> Mikrotik ---> Suboffice (Clients 192.168.1.0/24).
I tried the option with the EoIP tunnel, but for some reason mail does not start (swears at the login password from AD). The same with 1C and file cleaning. Moreover, pings from the additional office to the servers go fine.
Maybe there are some simple options for such a connection, except for EoIP?
Thanks in advance!
UPD: It is necessary that all clients from the additional office connect to the mail, for example, and access the Internet through their microtic.
The Internet in the optics office is 10 megabits, in the additional office it is also about 10 LTE.
UPD2: Is it necessary to have AD work with Ekschendzhem and Outlook in the sub-office so that everyone is on the same network (for example, 192.168.24.0/24)?

Use a GRE tunnel encrypted over IPSec in transport mode. If there are problems with passwords and logins with working pings, DNS and correct routes, then the problem is not in the network, but at a higher level.
In order for everyone to go to the Internet locally, the route table must contain an entry 0.0.0.0/0 for the provider's gateway, and 192.168.24.0/24 for the tunnel interface or for the tunnel address of the main microtic. Here is a good article
about a bunch of different options for tunnels

Open VPN for example. Even simpler is PPTP, but not very secure.
