I found only this example on the Internet, I’m trying to make an action in PS that will essentially copy the layer, transform for example by 5 pixels, center and so on, each circle should be larger by a given parameter. Now, in fact, there is an action, but it only increases by a given percentage, which means that the distance between the circles increases with each copy. The task is to create such grids, of any size, with any indents between the circles. Thanks for the help!

And try to do not copy the layer, but create circles directly from the script. This way you can precisely control their size.
