How to deal with Creative Cloud?

On the Adobe website with the purchase of their products, in particular, I'm interested in Photoshop, there is some confusion. They offer several types of plans, which include the corresponding software packages. The plan for photographers is not entirely clear to me, it seems to include Photoshop, but it seems to me rather truncated and it is not suitable for web development. I plan to use the trial version for now, but there is a whole package of programs here, but there is no way to choose only Photoshop. I'm afraid that at the end of the trial version I will have to pay for the entire package. Naturally, this does not suit me. Has anyone been in such a situation? I would appreciate constructive advice! Thanks in advance.

In all subscription packages, Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, like any other program from Adobe, has the same functionality!

The plan "For photographers" includes two programs: a completely full-fledged Photoshop, without any restrictions on functionality; plus lightroom. They just came up with the name. Do not confuse a full-fledged Photoshop with pfotoshop elements - which is really cut off at the most impossible, but it is not in the "For a photographer" subscription plan

Feel free to use the trial version
At the end of the trial, your programs will simply stop running.
When you purchase a certain plan, the programs included in this plan will be available to you, in your account.
The plan for photographers is the best offer to get licensed if you need mostly photoshop.
