How to make a category/subcategory/post url in Wordpress?

Please tell me how to make WordPress generate urls like:
http://site_name.ru/category_name/name_by...
Now they are displayed without a subcategory name, even if the entry in it is
http://site_name.ru/category_name/post

in the settings "Permalinks" - "Custom" write /%category%/%postname%/
