Greetings!
Briefly: I need to be in one country to make and receive calls through a device located in another country on the table for example :)
Expanded: There are two devices (Samsung s3 on Android and iPhone 6 on iOS) and a laptop (Windows). I am going to another country and would like to save on roaming, while it is important to receive incoming calls to your number. Is there an application capable of receiving incoming calls to one device via the Internet to another (preferably mobile)?
What is: I can leave one or two devices at home connected to the charger and Wi-Fi, there is also a person who will make sure that everything works. I'm interested in the implementation of such an idea, I found Airdroid, but it's for android + desktop, I would like to have a bunch of android + iOS.

WhatsApp - allows you to make calls via the Internet, by number, if installed on both devices. Or a little not your case?
