How to make a bilingual blog based on Github pages?

Actually, subject. I would like to use the static generator built into Github so as not to run Jekyll every time before deployment and be able to create and edit posts directly from the Github UI.
I want to divide the site into two parts, accessible by different urls:
example.com - English-language blog
example.com/ru - in Russian
At the same time, so that Russian-language posts do not fall into the "English-language" part.
Thank you.

@garex

Figure out how it's done in Jekyll? And then github will do everything for you.
