How to make a batch file or a script: Entrance to 1c7 exclusively, base indexing, exit?

There is a file 1s-ka 7 on the terminal server 2008. Every day, at least one user will forget to exit it correctly. I have to go to the server every early morning and perform indexing, I'm tired ... Is it possible to solve this problem with what script / batch file?
Transition to MSSQL - is impossible.
Users are only allowed to see the user selection window, password input, so indexing by the first logged in user is also eliminated.
