How to make a backup of WS2008 so that it goes to a unix system?
Is available:
1) the Server on vindovoz with the raised controller of the domain and AD on 275 users.
2) Backup server on OS "Debian 10".
Essence:
Make an automatic backup of the complete WS system, which will be done once every six months and go to the backup server.
Or, personally, I thought, install Windows Server Backup through the components and make a copy and then (somehow) archive it and take it to my backup server. But how to archive and how to pick up I have no idea.
Thanks in advance.

On which system to store the backup does not matter - it's a file.
Make a backup by any means, even built-in, and then move it to the network storage using a script.
Though cmd, though PowerShell. It is only necessary that the source server has access to the destination server.
